The bank is good, and the bankers are so nice.
My husband and I visited Chase Bank to open a new account, and everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. Although we didn't have the correct paperwork initially and had to return a second time, the staff was understanding and supportive. During our second visit, we were more prepared and met with Aldo Burciaga. Aldo was exceptional - he was professional, courteous, and informative. We felt guilty because we arrived on a Friday at 4:40 pm, just 20 minutes before the bank closed. Despite this, Aldo still met with us and ... read more
