Terrible set up account online and had issues after it all being set up when trying to use the app. Leads me to the bank being a uk bank. Couldn’t set up app and had to change my direct deposit that I just changed from my original bank. When issues arise right from the start never a good sign haven’t even had the account open for 10 minutes and already going to close account unfortunately need to wait till bank reopens to call and shut this account down. Only chase atm in Providence and it’s not open 24/7 or at least open late.
It’s absolutely pathetic to have the atm completely closed for the weekend.
