They alright for a bank.
Have never been to such an unprofessional bank. The teller was very nice but had to ask a question to her manager, heavyset bearded guy. He was very confrontational for no reason. All I wanted was a printed receipt for a NSF check someone wrote me which is standard procedure when you're unable to cash a check. He was extremely rude and raised his voice, telling me he couldn't give me proof of what their system said about the check. Got strange letter to appear at Chase without any explanation of the reason. Got greeted by male employee with colorful manicure. I mean, isn't there supposed to be a dress code?? What's next? They'll be greeting customers in underwear?
