Very helpful. My question answered clearly
The staff were extremely rude and made me feel very unwelcome. I arrived around 4:30 p.m. because I needed assistance with a Wise money transaction. I was initially asked to take a seat because there was one person ahead of me. However, about five minutes later, another staff member approached me and said that the bankers were no longer willing to take any more clients and told me to make an appointment for the following day.
