As a Chase customer, I’m considering switching to another bank after my recent experience. I’m from out of town and needed to file a Chase check at this branch. Unfortunately, the customer service was appalling. The dark-skinned, heavily built woman who handled my transaction made me feel like I was being investigated. The Branch Manager and Ms. Kristina were very helpful and kind. They helped me with all my banking issues. PS for people going there, they serve coffee and tea ☺️
Heads-up that the tellers are deaf and communicate with hearing customers through ASL interpreters. Took me about thirty seconds to figure out what was going on, but after that things went smoothly.
