Very bad service I wish I have 0 star for this branch
We needed to get an insurance check endorsed from the mortgage company for a water loss claim and Chase bank says checks under $40,000 can be endorsed in the branch. Our check was about $32,000 and the general manager told me they could not endorse it in person because the check was too large and kept pointing me to their loss draft documents.
