I’ve never encountered such blatant unprofessionalism in a customer-facing environment until today. As a Black woman, I was genuinely disappointed to be treated so poorly by individuals who share my cultural background. This Chase bank makes you have to withdraw your cash if you don’t have a 2nd id to match your account which I never had happen to me. Usually the general state id is fine but for some reason they wanted to request a 2nd ID. Either way, I still got my way but lost 45 minutes to deal with their “protocols”
