Really nice people but they could really do a better job of communicating the situation. I came to cash a large check after a month of not getting paid. And now it's not even available for about a week and a half. I could have easily took this to my other bank. Wouldn't have been a problem ......have they told me that I wouldn't have cashed it with them.. honestly
