Terrible bank. You can be waiting there crying because of fraud on your account, but the bankers ignore you and make you wait forever. Then while they’re helping you, it’s not unusual for them to take a call or leave the office to go over to behind the tellers or do something right in the middle of a complicated difficult and worrisome bank problem you need help with. Terrible service.
Errol Malcolm was amazing! I was attempting to take out money at the ATM and I got a fraud text from Chase and unfortunately, I hit the automated reply no by mistake, and locked myself out of my account. I immediately went inside the bank and Errol was welcoming and willing to listen to what had just happened to me and immediately assisted me by calling Chase headquarters.
