This place and associate banker Natalie Ortega is a joke. Scheduled an appt via phone 32min ago and no one ever called.
Not happy. I scheduled an appointment to see ceaser at 11:30AM. It has been over 10 minutes waiting and I am still waiting for my appointment. Appointments should always have priority over walk-ins. Genuinely disappointed with this experience at chase.
