My wife Susan and I frequent this location because of the excellent customer service from the staff. One staff member in particular, Alex Bergmann, who takes the time to listen to our requests, most of which are due to my wife Susan and I’s “outdated” knowledge of the many features Chase has to offer in general. Alex, if you’re reading this, we just want to say thank you for your help and God bless!

This bank branch is like a diamond. Clean and smells delicious inside;) very friendly and welcoming staff, employee Seth helped me very professionally and quickly, special thanks and respect to him
