I have been a Chase customer for 11 years now. I tried applying for a credit card with Chase 3 years ago and got declined. Ended up getting a card with another company and after 3 years of improving my credit I decided to try again. They denied me again and even with the call to “back office” was denied again. It’s sad that after so many years of doing business with these people they still won’t give me a credit card. Just gonna go with another bank again. Most likely will close my accounts with Chase.

My wife Susan and I frequent this location because of the excellent customer service from the staff. One staff member in particular, Alex Bergmann, who takes the time to listen to our requests, most of which are due to my wife Susan and I’s “outdated” knowledge of the many features Chase has to offer in general.
