Great experience today at this Chase branch (after being turned away from the St Peters branch). Was able to easily complete a wire transfer timely. Alex was great to work with and took care of things for us. This is how a branch should run!
Male employee working at Chase Bank Zumbehl in St. Charles, Mo was not only lazy, but rude. Sitting on the top corner of the sofa in the lobby when I entered, he said we could not open an account on a Saturday because it took too long! It was 2 hours before close! How slow are you?? Terrible impression upon entry, no way you are getting our business.
Seth Wiseman is a really nice banker. He is very professional.
Teller knows who I am and refused to do a withdraw because my ID was expired. All banks allow this when it is a known customer. My debit card got forged or I could use the ATM. I have my Chase Credit Card and other CC With my name. But still no help! What a joke to refuse a 20 year customer. Fix the TAP at the drive thru ATM. Was a great setup, now just as slow as the cheaper ATMs
