I went to Chase today to get a personal checking account and a joint account with my partner .. Brendan Reddy was fantastic and extremely personable. He was patient and answered all our questions. We genuinely felt like he had our best interest in mind and wanted us to be set up in a way to be protected and save our money. He made what could have been a stressful day very easy and actually enjoyable. We are extremely thankful and would recommend Brendan to anyone!
One of the branch employees, Megan Horchar, is the nicest most personable individual. She was so sweet and helpful and you would think that the employees here worked at a hotel not a bank! Super friendly
Outdoor ATM is constantly having issues with accepting deposits.
THE SECOND CHASE BANK THAT BLOWS UP MY PHONE ANNOYING AS HELL!!! I DONT EVEN HAVE CHASE BANK NOR RESIDE IN THAT STATE !!
