I needed to change my email address on file, when I signed into my app to do it the app showed I needed to contact customer service. I contacted the relationship banker we were assigned for our business account and was told the only way to change our email address was to come in person to the bank. It seems absurd to me to have to appear in person to change your email address on file. So I called the 800 number and they were able to change my email address for both my personal and business lines over the phone. I’m not sure ... read more
The best customer service 100%
Chase Bank is a predatory and discriminatory evil corporation. They will charge you $12 a month just to have a checking account with them. The people who work here do not care about their customers, they just want to take all your money with fees and charges. Terrible customer service and the ATM is always BROKEN!! Shame on Chase Bank!
