I visited this branch today around 4:15 PM to open a business checking account. As soon as I entered, the branch manager opened the door of an office and asked how she could help. However, before even inviting me to sit down, she immediately asked if I was a U.S. citizen. The way she handled the interaction made me feel unwelcome—almost as if I were at an immigration office rather than a bank. Great location. Prompt, courteous service from staff.
I spent 15 minutes trying to withdraw some money from this guy that couldn’t get it together. He had my ID, asked for a secondary and then after some more messing around on the computer, which I don’t think he knew what he was doing, wanted to know if I had my phone with me. That put me over the edge I said, give me back my cards I’m leaving I can’t stand incompetent people.
