Has been my bank for over 20 years
The staff is great BUT it's been about 6 months since their outdoor ATM was damaged and they've yet to replace it. The next closest ATM in McCandless is frequently unable to accept deposits. The U.S.'s largest bank should do better.
Fix your door!!! Outside door credit card tap does not work!! Don’t go there you cannot get your money!!
The branch manager here is great! She went out of her way to help me today when I was in a situation with a check not going into my account. I would also like to shout out the gentleman behind the counter. He was a great help as well! This is why you bank with Chase!
