I visited this branch today around 4:15 PM to open a business checking account. As soon as I entered, the branch manager opened the door of an office and asked how she could help. However, before even inviting me to sit down, she immediately asked if I was a U.S. citizen. The way she handled the interaction made me feel unwelcome—almost as if I were at an immigration office rather than a bank.
