If you’re planning to open an account here, I’d recommend avoid coming without an appointment. The branch seems very busy and short-staffed with bankers. I stopped by hoping to open an account, but they told me they didn’t have enough bankers available and asked me to either make an appointment or come back later. With only one banker available at a busy location, it doesn’t seem very efficient. You might have better luck going to the branch closer to Reading. Very disappointing experience. The representative, Tack, who helped me open my business bank account made multiple mistakes that I am still trying to resolve. On top of that, my bank cards were sent to the wrong address instead of my home address. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and inconvenience. Opening a bank account should be a simple process, but due to the lack of attention and professionalism, it turned into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend working with this person!

Woman in the front told me I would only be charged for 1 cashier check because she could “split the check in 2 parts”. Then in the end they try to charge for 2. Once I mentioned it they said they couldn’t help.. go to a different branch if you need help with anything
