Woman in the front told me I would only be charged for 1 cashier check because she could “split the check in 2 parts”. Then in the end they try to charge for 2. Once I mentioned it they said they couldn’t help.. go to a different branch if you need help with anything

Horrible and unprofessional customer service.
Poor customer service all around. Went there to deal with some letter we got in the mail which doesn't even apply to us. The bankers started talking about our personal information in the open sitting area (pertaining to tax, citizenship status, etc) rather than taking us in the office. Horrible service. They didnt even help with the matter.
