Mr. Paola: I came today to renew my custodial CD. Genesis says I don’t need an appointment to renew, however, this was difficult because your staff are unprepared for these transactions. Genesis refused to print a transaction history of last maturity. After arguing and getting it from her, Lisa Bigham refused to notarize it.
