I’m not sure why this bank (and all banks) has such a low rating. My experience here was very pleasant. It’s clean and efficient. They were even able to squeeze us in for something that usually requires an appointment. Great banking experience.

Opened a chase business account online and had to go in to add my wife as joint account owner. I arrived in the branch and was greeted and explained my business today. The young lady went to an office and let a man named Wesley know that we we’ll be waiting. After 10-15 min of sitting in the lobby, I kept looking over to see if he’ll walk from behind his desk to greet us, no. Wesley sat in his office, twitting at his keyboard and then takes a personal call as all heard was “Hey man, what’s up? Haha, just working” nonsense. H... read more

I’d gone in with my husband to meet with Wesley to open an account. I was completely overlooked the entire time and felt invisible while he discussed everything with my husband, even looking at my husband to answer when I asked questions. Gave me no attention whatsoever except to comment rudely on my employment status at the time. On top of making us wait two hours past our appointment time. I’ve never felt so disrespected. Will never be coming back here.
