They never answer the branch phone. I believe they are understaffed.
I love the workers. I love the convient location. The bank is always a family atmosphere. Chad is very knowledgeable. He had been my banker for 20 years. Great person.
I’m not sure why this bank (and all banks) has such a low rating. My experience here was very pleasant. It’s clean and efficient. They were even able to squeeze us in for something that usually requires an appointment. Great banking experience.
