This branch is ABYSMAL. I’ve banked with a number of banks- Bank of America, USAA, Goldman Sachs, and Chase branches in other cities. I have always had a pleasant experience and never imagined a bank could be so bad. No one ever answers the phone because they know 4 rings and it’ll kick off the customer, no option to be called back so less work for them.
