Bad Customer service went down there to open new account because of fragile activity on my previous account they said sorry we cannot help you we are booked. Called customer service they cannot freeze my account without banker . Doesn’t make any sense. Moving all my money to and my account is two different bank.!
This bank is the worst Waited a half hour to speak to someone then I’m told I have to make an appointment to ad a person to account and no appointments until next week. Horrible customer service How hard is it to ad a name ? Could have been done in the time she took to schedule the appointment. Ok so now 6/30 a week later we had an appointment today Chase called canceled our appointment This place is absolutely horrible do not bank here
It says they should be open but the phones are turned off.
Why close the entire office, what is going on? Now have to drive 30 miles if inside service is needed!
