If you are a business owner and use Chase Business Banking save yourself the trouble and drive to the one in Minden. The team at that branch is exceptional; these guys not so much.
Sadly this location always tells us that the ATM is available to use which is horrible since we come here often to use the bank teller. Truly a disconnect with customer service. If we wanted to use it we would have stopped at the ATM... Other banks don't do this to us.
