Love this place and the employees!!
Why did a female employee stare at me the entire time I was using the ATM. This just happened at 12:30pm 12-29. She seemed annoyed I was there! She gave me a dirty look when I was digging through my bag to find my wallet, when I found it she relaxed her body, but stayed staring at me. That was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.
This Chase branch on Gaines Street is great. The staff are helpful and professional, and the experience here is much better than the other Tallahassee location that never answers the phone. Parking can be tough on game days, but otherwise it’s convenient and smooth. Only downside is there’s no Chase in the Pensacola area — it would be great if they opened one closer to home!
