Zero stars reflects my experience at this location. The professionalism, training, and customer service is just not present at this location. From banker’s not sure how to open an account to Shayla not being courteous professional or supportive. I do NOT recommend banking at this branch. There are other much more knowledgeable branches in Philadelphia that can handle your banking needs with professionalism and respect. Zero stars.

I had an unpleasant experience at this branch while trying to open an account. During the process, I asked a straightforward and genuine question and the representative gave me an incomplete explanation, I would have been fine with any reasonable answer. Instead of simply continuing to assist me, he abruptly left the room and returned a few minutes later, stating he would have his manager help me which was entirely unwarranted, as I gave no indication that I was uncomfortable or dissatisfied—just curious. Very rude staff! I had to stop for a withdrawal and the lady at the window was very rude for no reason , thank God this is not the bank I usually go to , I wouldn't go back there for sure ! Dec 20th 10:18am
