I wanted to open an account, but the staff did not accept my documents. My question is more to the bank itself: why do you accept utility bills as proof of address, but refuse to accept official USCIS letters that also contain the customer’s name and address? Especially if you position yourselves as a bank that supports human rights and helps newcomers. The employees did not even try to resolve the issue or offer any assistance. Rude service, came here on Thursday and banker Catherine have rude demeanor, guess it’s almost 5pm so politeness is no longer priority.
