Had a wonderful encounter with Ray Petrilla. Great staff, nice and clean location.
Guess I wasn’t worthy enough to open a new account cause they wouldn’t even see me. Meanwhile they’re business & private bank reps keep calling me to open accounts but if this the level of service expected then no thanks I’ll stay with BOA.
Everyone is extremely nice. Kelly is a rockstar. Love this bank!
I had to get a cashier's check and a document notarized. Unfortunately this branch didn't have one but the helpful people there went above and beyond and called around to the neighboring branches to find if one was available that day.
