Rude after they make mistakes instead of apologizing. Manager laughed in my face during a situation that was quite stressful for me. 2 days later entered store and heard a different representative go and start a conversation about me in an office. I could hear parts of it and they were certainly discussing me. Not very professional for a banking institution. As a new customer, I have to say I'm really impressed with Chase Bank. The process of setting up my new account was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The mobile app is very user-friendly, and I love how easy it is to manage my accounts on the go. It feels like they truly value their customers. I'm glad I made the switch and look forward to my future banking with them.
There so nice and it’s always clean
Oh goodness... weird customer service. Unfortunately, I had to interact with someone in person and over the phone. It wasn't necessarily "what" they said. But how they said it. Both were very dismissive. Again, they didn't say anything rude. But the facial expressions and the tone of their voices was enough for me to never want to do business with them.
Chase bank is the way ALL banks should be! Not only do I trust them with my money, they've got so many investment options that give you extremely great returns on your investment! Leave the old world banks and run to Chase Bank while you still can!
