Update 11-25: Chase closed my only business account and mailed me a cashiers check to my business name. When I asked if they could cash it they said I would need a business account to cash it. The stupidest and most inconsiderate process. The guy didn't seem to care or empathize at all with how bad this process is. Horrible customer service at this branch. Avoid at all costs. I said I was waiting for Jaylen. She took all my info including what happened and assured me Jaylen would call me back soon. It's now 9pm ... I dont think he's calling.
