Oh goodness... weird customer service. Unfortunately, I had to interact with someone in person and over the phone. It wasn't necessarily "what" they said. But how they said it. Both were very dismissive. Again, they didn't say anything rude. But the facial expressions and the tone of their voices was enough for me to never want to do business with them.
Chase bank is the way ALL banks should be! Not only do I trust them with my money, they've got so many investment options that give you extremely great returns on your investment! Leave the old world banks and run to Chase Bank while you still can!
This is the first time in several years I had to physically go into the bank and I really appreciate how friendly and efficient the gentleman I interacted with was. He made what I needed done a breeze!
