Today, I visited the Chase Bank branch in Ashburn, VA, and was quite disappointed with the experience. The staff appeared unprofessional and indifferent some were sitting in an arrogant manner, with no sense of customer service. Their attitude was rude and unhelpful, and I was unable to obtain any meaningful information despite my repeated efforts. It was a very unpleasant and discouraging interaction.
