Miserable!!! They should do away with customer service because they are incapable of breathing on their own! They are the worst! Good luck
I have read a similar review comment down & I just experienced that . Went to open a checking account had an appointment at 10 the representative call me at 8 in the morning saying he has to go to other branch & some one else will assist me. I reach there by 9 40, 8 people in the bank & 1 customer ,they asked me to wait & after 10 mins they just turn away saying we have other meetings & u can reschedule your appointment. Chase should consider closing this branch.
