Justin did an excellent job of opening our new account and was very patient in explaining all the details, this was one of the best banking experiences I've had and definitely deserves a 5 star recommendation.

There is a lady at the door who is supposed to be Dan and she is very rude and arrogant and racist, she makes herself very obvious. I am not satisfied with this bank at all.
Extremely rude teller. I went with a client to do a simple transaction. Client did not speak English well. Teller was patronizing, demanded to know why my client wanted their own money, refused to hear my explanation, and lectured me in front of my client that she was not speaking with me and was only speaking with my client. She spoke quickly and condescendingly, even though she had a heavy foreign accent herself.
