Very poor customer service, worst I’ve ever seen at a bank.
1 star for their horrible parking customer service. I asked valet if I can park my car myself (which I usually do) & I’d be happy to pay for the parking service but I wanted to park my own car myself & they said no. My car is an expensive sports car and I don’t trust just anyone to drive my car & they said no. Keep in mind, I was 2 feet away from the space and could have pulled in but they made me stop and said no so I left. I won’t be returning to this location.
I am not one to leave reviews, but i have to say that every time I go to this location this one specific lady (who I believe is the manager of this branch) is honestly one of the most rude people I’ve ever come across. Not only have her and I gotten into an argument, but when I am working with another teller she either interrupts our conversation and tells the teller that they are doing something wrong, or interrupts our conversation and tells me that I am doing something wrong.
