Young staff who have no idea what they’re doing. They seem very uneducated, very unprofessional, and very disorganized. This location is a joke. They cannot provide you change even if you have an account with them. Every concern you address, they will respond with “find it online” or “find it in the Chase app” if I knew how to, I wouldn’t have came to the actual bank.
