Apparently this location doesn’t know how to staff or schedule their appointments. Staff informed me that no one would be available from 1:45pm til the end of day to help me since they are all booked up. No room to accommodate a walk in.
Horrible customer service at the counter. Couldn’t withdraw my own funds as they claimed I needed the physical debit card, even though I had two forms of ID, a Chase credit card, the app, AND the debit card on the iPhone wallet.
Very poor customer service, worst I’ve ever seen at a bank.
