I called my branch in Beaver Dam but they close due to facility issue. I understand because Beaver Dam branch in going to close so I called Chase in Watertown to get help, I told them my branch in Beaver Dam is close, whoever the clerk with that unfriendly and not professional in Watertown branch insist that branch is open and I able to called them even I said that it went to voice mail. Absolutely top notch customer service. Had a personal situation occour and the folks at Chase Watertown were more than helpful in working through it with me. I will continue to recommend people to this bank.
They love my dogs who are allowed to come in and get treats. Also the staff is very helpful.
