No clue why this spot has such bad reviews... I went in today with a simple errand and they got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention, the friendliness and customer service were superb. They were all so genuine and kind.

Walked into this facility with a simple ask, and a very specific email: I needed a Cashier's check from my account with a specific memo. The email we wanted to show was very clear with who the check needed to be made out to, and what he memo should say. Rather than reading the email, or listening to us trying to explain what we needed, the branch manager, Kimberly, was incredibly rude and just said this is not something they can do. I don't know what this is if it's a functioning Branch or what but I walked in there and stood for about 5 minutes one dude was at a desk didn't acknowledge us and after not being acknowledged and not knowing if I was going to be I just left
