This specific location is a joke!! They do what they want and do NOT follow procedures or protocol. They allowed thousands of dollars to be stolen from my nephew and then denied any fault. They are very shady. My sister is currently in a lawsuit with this particular branch right now. Chase does not care about people/customers/family/ethics only business and money. She was told they are the WORST to deal with. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. CHASE IS HORRIBLE!!
