I wish I could put Zero stars! I deposited a check from Chase Commack, NY branch account into my Florida SunCoast account. It cleared and I took some money out, then found that Chase NY reversed the check and the branch couldn’t explain why. There was plenty of money in the account. It caused my SunCoast account to be locked for two weeks while they did a fraud investigation. No fraud was found. Great customer service. This is an excellent bank. Been coming to this bank for years now. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. John who works there is the best.
