This specific location is a real joke. They do what they want and do NOT follow procedures or protocol. They allowed thousands of dollars to be stolen from my nephew and then denied any fault- her attorney told her they were 100 percent in the wrong. They are very shady. I was NOT EVER told I had to sign off from my son's account. that is almost 19 years old. He is graduated and has a full time job and was saving for college. However this Chase branch SPECIFICALLY ALLOWED $8,000 TO BE STOLEN FROM MY SON!!! THAT WAS A DEBT THAT HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM.
