Horrible experience. Nobody seems to be working at this bank. I honestly felt like I was at the DMV. No one was available to assist customers, and the level of service was extremely disappointing. It makes me wonder why this branch is even open. This is an insult to loyal clients who expect basic customer service and professionalism.
