I’ve been a customer with Chase for 20 years. I recently deposited a sizable check and was told it would be held for 10 days. I asked if I had any options to have the funds released earlier. I was told to come back in a couple days to speak with the branch manager. So I did. And she wasn’t there. The teller assured me she would be in contact later that day. She did not. Rude employees, extremely unhelpful. I would recommend banking literally anywhere else.
