Pretty Standard Chase bank. I have been banking with Chase for a long time now. The service is very hit and miss. Its unfortunate because I think that we are all just looking for a little consistency in this world. This bank is not exactly the most convenient branch in the area but it works. Would be nice to walk into these banks and get a nice welcome and personal service
This is not a bank. This is an ATM. No tellers. Cant do shot but use an ATM. Dont go here. In fact, dont even bank with chase. Shittiest bank of planet earth.

This place is such a waste of space. They re-did this location so that there are no longer bank tellers-- only ATMs and employees who sit around and can't do anything for you. I tried getting a cashiers check and money order here as well as a roll of quarters and each time I was told they couldn't provide them for me (even though I'm a chase customer) & that I would have to go to the Washington branch near downtown Culver City.
