At this Branch there are some relationship bank officers that are NOT a working class people friendly. I'm very sad since it's in a good accessible area. The Supervisor and Door Guard were EXCELLENT, thou. Very Friendly. What a difference almost a year makes. Today I had a Good Customer Service experience. Bank Rep, Marco Webb- Silva was Very Helpful and friendly with my needs. Excellent
I’m currently at the bank, I need a physical statement from my account with my updated info to bring to the dmv, I got here 30 mins ago, there’s one teller, another one told me she was super busy and couldn’t help me till she was done, the rest are in one cubicle chit chatting about life and social networks and by the looks of it I won’t be able to get what I need before they tell me they’re sorry but I would have to come back tomorrow because they’re closed.
Stood in line for a while bc there was only 1 cashier. And they wouldn’t cash my Chase issued check bc the military ID is not recognized as a 1st form of id. It’s government issued and has a photo!!! Annoyed
