I had an exceptional experience at this Chase Bank branch. I would like to specifically thank the associate, Ms. Kathryn, for her professionalism and kindness. I ran into a few issues while opening my new account, but she was incredibly patient and took the time to resolve every detail to ensure everything was handled correctly. It is rare to find such dedicated customer service these days. I highly recommend this branch for their efficiency and excellent service. Thank you!

I do not have a bank account with Chase Bank but I needed to have a couple of money orders cashed. My hopes of doing so were kinda low until Bernie Gonzalez didn't give me a yes but asked me to hold for a sec while she was gonna make a call to find out. In no time I was signing the money orders and holding their worth in my hand, waving good bye. She was friendly, efficient and kind. Thank you Bernie!
