Today was my second visit to the Chase branch at 1230 South Miami Avenue. I first visited on Saturday to close out my IRA, but I was informed that this could not be done by Bernie Gonzalez at the branch and was given an 800 number to call. When I contacted the Wealth Management line, I was told that I could in fact handle the matter in person at the branch. At this Branch there are some relationship bank officers that are NOT a working class people friendly. I'm very sad since it's in a good accessible area. The Supervisor and Door Guard were EXCELLENT, thou. Very Friendly. What a difference almost a year makes. Today I had a Good Customer Service experience. Bank Rep, Marco Webb- Silva was Very Helpful and friendly with my needs. Excellent
I’m currently at the bank, I need a physical statement from my account with my updated info to bring to the dmv, I got here 30 mins ago, there’s one teller, another one told me she was super busy and couldn’t help me till she was done, the rest are in one cubicle chit chatting about life and social networks and by the looks of it I won’t be able to get what I need before they tell me they’re sorry but I would have to come back tomorrow because they’re closed.
