Absolute worst location. The most incompetent and rude staff ever experienced. I asked a very incompetent employee, Stephanie Alvarado, to confirm I can cash my check before signing it. She confirmed on 3 separate instances she could. After signing her manager advised she couldn’t. She then went on to throw my debit card at me because I was frustrated at her lack of sense when I asked 3 separate times about my check. Do not visit this location very petty and ignorant staff.

The atm here used to work after hours, before you were able to access the atm by swapping your debit or credit car at the door. Now there's no way to use this atm after they close. And it's the only chase atm in the are. This is really disappointing.
Despite being in the bank before closing time, was told to come back the next day at 5:00 on the dot. Female clerk on the right side did not hide she wanted to go home and didn’t want to help
