I’ve been a business customer with Chase Bank� and had an extremely frustrating experience. I deposited a $10,000 check from a client who also banks with Chase, into my Chase business account, and the bank still refused to let me cash it or access the funds. Instead, they placed a 10-day hold on the check with almost no reasonable explanation. As a business owner, cash flow is critical. Holding funds for that long on a same-bank check is unacceptable and creates unnecessary problems for businesses trying to operate normally... read more
