Horrible experience. I called ahead and was twice assured by one of the women working at the front desk that my documents were sufficient to open a bank account, including a follow-up confirmation call. However, upon arrival, Sean Maroni told me one of the documents were not acceptable. When I asked Sean Maroni to speak with the person I spoke to on the phone for some clarification/explanation/accountability, I was told she was unavailable.
