Excellent customer service, clean.
Today is July 3, 2020 4:30 PM The drive-through is closed.It is supposed to be open till 6 PM, there is NO notification on the front door informing customers that they would be closing earlier! This is so frustrating this is the second time I deal with this!!!!!
Went get specific information needed for my retirement account(per their request) and when I told the lady what I was looking for she get very testy and short with me, kind of even angry and kept very rudely saying "I've never heard of that before" and dismissing me even though I tried to explain to her I am not a financial person and can only go off of what I am being told. Even as a customer trying to wait for a teller them women wouldn’t allow me to use the bathroom saying it’s not for public use making me feel like a homeless. Very disappointed
