Spencer is a great personal banker. Very friendly and penitent. Highly recommend this location.
ATM doesn’t work randomly, there are limits on the atm in the front part of the bank accessible in off hours, and they randomly close down this branch on days they are supposed to be open which costs me extra time and gas to run to another location. Go to any other branch. The one positive I can say is some of their employees, the normal lady at the counter is super nice and the private client banker is good, but I’d still say pass on this branch if your able.
Worst customer service I have ever seen.
Always a good experience here so far, this location especially. Kyle and Spencer have gone above and beyond, great people. Typically getting a hold of someone on the phone isn’t too difficult either, overall a great location.
