Mark Is always cheerfully waiting at the entrance, the teller counter or drive-thru to assist and serve any person . Mark & Justin patiently go the extra mile to assist and give a positive experience. However this branch as well as the signal butte branch are totally short stuffed, unfortunately sometimes wait time can be long long,but worth banking with chase.
This bank doesn't have a restroom for customers. Hopefully nobody needs to do anything time consuming like wait in a long line, open a bank account, deal with the death of a family, etc.

No ATM should dispense money that it is not able to receive back when performing a deposit...... I went to the drive up ATM before the bank opened to withdrawal money from non-Chase account; to deposit it in my Chase account to make sure I had sufficient funds for upcoming debit about to hit my account @ 9am. Chase ATM charges me $4.00 for withdrawal and my other account charges $3.00. ATM is 24/7, branch is clean, staff are friendly, especially Spencer. However, I got documents notarized here, and the company I sent them off to rejected them because the notary’s stamp was illegible, meaning I had to go through the entire process again. Won’t becoming to this branch for that again.
