I was just trying to do a transaction at the ATM and one of the workers kept going outside to see what I was doing. It made me uncomfortable and it felt like an invasion of privacy. She was probably just doing her job, but it felt annoying having someone basically watch over your shoulder.
I recently had a frustrating experience with Chase Bank that I feel compelled to share. My interactions with the bank associates left much to be desired, as they seemed to lack the necessary knowledge to assist me effectively. On several occasions, my questions were met with vague answers or a complete lack of information, which was quite disappointing. Furthermore, the phone services proved to be equally troublesome. I can't recommend this bank anymore. Multiple bad experiences. They made changes to my account without my authorization and said it was an upgrade to help me out. And now they are allowing charges to my account from merchants that don't have my card number because I had to change it for unauthorized transactions. Customers are not first. The call center is overseas and I don't like that either.
