Always excellent work
By far the worst chase I've ever been to in my life.I needed to do a simple transfer and the representatives avoided me like the plague.Not only that, I sat there for an hour in a cubicle.They told me to sit in and they didn't even bother to help me and went through one representative to another and they all didn't know what to do both of my kids are crying as we waited and it was the worst experience by far.

Always helping and friendly staff
Been a chase account holder for decades for convenience only. Today they insisted on a 10 day 100% hold on a check. Check was as good as cash. Why? So they can pull interest off my money for 7 business days at my expense. Wish they cared more for thier clients and customers. I'm firing Chase moving all monies and direct deposits to my local credit union, and never doing business with them again.
