Open earlier. Multiple people waiting every morning complaining that you don't open earlier shows your not serving the community. Not like you care AT ALL. Worst bank.
I do not live on this side of town but needs to stop at Chase to cash a check. My first time at this Chase. The check was about $90 and I got it all in $5 and $10 bills….I just don’t understand.
Chase is using an offshore India phone bank. So they are using out of country bring to payess to employees. Then they choose India , the country of scams. Their culture sees scamming and theft as being shrewd. Chase collected funds, printer shows funds transferred x2 days ago, has their ck back and a copy. Chase wants to hold for 9 days. Time to make a better choice.
