We have been "customers" of Chase for nearly 13 years! We started before they were even Chase..Our experiences continually get worse and worse. They do not treat us like a customer..they treat us like we owe them something..giving us NO options when it comes to things about OUR money!! We went in to refinance the home, which has NEVER been late...but becuase we have some dings on our credit, they would not offer to do ANYTHING for us.
