Are you open or not???!!!! Are you moving or not???!!! So annoying. Both of the locations are closed.
I was unable to speak to anyone at the branch.
Tellers have no idea what they’re doing. Gave me horrible direction and now I’m being penalized for the tellers incompetence. On top of the that the personal banker was late for our appointment, was unable to close one of my accounts and couldn’t instruct me how to close it via the chase mobile app. Filthy environment- dirty chairs- dead bugs in lobby area.
Banking here for over 15 years , never had any problems ,
Elijah saved the day !!! He helped me work through a mistake I had made. I deposited money in the wrong account and needed help immediately. He and the other tellers did an amazing job figuring out the issue. I appreciate them all for their genuine concern and effort.
