Very disappointed with the service today. I waited for over 2 hours to open a bank account. I arrived at 3:00 PM, and after waiting until 5:00 PM, a staff member came over and simply said, “We’re closed. You’ll need to come back tomorrow with an appointment.” If appointments were required, why wasn’t I informed when I arrived instead of being kept waiting for two hours? This was a complete waste of my time and a very frustrating customer experience. 😡😡
