Elgin was very proactive, professional and reassuring. I’m not sure if the process would have went so smoothly without him or if I wouldn’t have went through the refinance at all. I don’t think there was a phone call throughout the process that he didn’t answer with answers and I appreciate it! Thank you Chase for having great employees like Elgin!!
My employer made a typo in my check, so it wouldn't deposit and they threatened to close my account over that, LOL! Customer service also sounded like they had sand in their pants. Sad!
