Had a wonderful experience at this branch. We had the pleasure of getting help from Francisco, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions. He was very courteous and professional. We will definitely make this our go-to branch!

I think, 2.3 is overating. This branch is a disaster from all aspects of customer service, communication, understaffed. Please avoid it if you can
7/23/2025 13:01 Less than pleasant for sure. Definitely no smile no name, tag and the tone was less than pleasant. When I inquired as to the teller‘s name, she said it’s on your receipt. I had to ask her three times. She heard everything else. I said very clearly, and I even leaned into the window when I asked her name very politely so I could address her by name.
