This branch is centrally located therefore they should be staffed for busier hours of the day. YET every time I’ve visited there is one person at the the desk and reps who sit inside the cubicles that don’t assist walk ins. For whatever reason each appt always takes an hour and they tell you it will only be a 15-20mins. I have called customer service twice and they have referred me to the branch unfortunately due to this constant waste of time and non helpfulness I think I need to change banks . Had two bad walk-in experiences with them. Arrogant attitude from a senior male banker (around 60 years old). Things just can't work out in that branch. First, they made me wait for almost an hour, while the banker only helped one customer in the first 25 minutes. For the following 30 minutes, I had no idea what he was doing, and no one kept me updated. It felt like they only wanted to serve one person per hour.
