Had two bad walk-in experiences with them. Arrogant attitude from a senior male banker (around 60 years old). Things just can't work out in that branch. First, they made me wait for almost an hour, while the banker only helped one customer in the first 25 minutes. For the following 30 minutes, I had no idea what he was doing, and no one kept me updated. It felt like they only wanted to serve one person per hour. I love the people that work here at this branch! Maria especially! Came in to get Costa Rica Colon for my trip this week. Could not have been easier. Maria was exceptionally efficient and friendly!
