I had a great experience with my banker Harold. He helped me set up my new Chase account and my Chase app, when everything looked good in the end, he also introduced me to the mortgage department since I am shopping on the market. We had a really nice conversation. Harold was personable, funny, and easy-going. I recommend!
Excellent customer service from the information personnel and Barbara. Barbara was professional, knowledgeable and accommodated me on a Saturday despite the short notice!
If you are new to US and need a debit card immediately, GO to BOA. This branch lost my card and got me waiting for almost one month. BOA is able to issue a digital debit card (with card number and cvv) to you the same day you open the account. Just remember making APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE.
