Busiest bank branch I’ve ever been to. You would think it was the only bank for the whole town. I sat in the waiting area for over 30 minutes no one said a word to me.
Worst experience ever trying to close my deceased grandmother's account. Between giving us the runaround, people laughing on the phone instead of helping us and hung up on us multiple times its been horrible. We've been treated so horrible. First we were told the account would be closed and everything was fine. Now we find out the account is still open and they said we have to come in to close it. Its been a pain trying to figure this out. I will be glad when this is all over with so I never have to deal with this bank again... read more
