Chase Bank cares for their customers. Very professional, polite and friendly.
I went for new account opening on Saturday. Though it was a weekend Jonathan helped me with entire process. Good experience and helpful staff.
Literally the only Chase bank I've ever been to that does not accept personal check deposits @ the walk up ATM or drive thru. The most inconvenient Chase bank from Marysville to Logan.
I needed to acquire a cashier's check and the teller, Kaitlin, greeted me when I entered, and processed everything quickly for me.
Must be nice to get to work at 9am when working for the public. Their score definitely reflects their service. Nothing but absolute incompetence. And when they screw up I pay for it, figuratively and literally. And they could care less.
