I used to have a good experience at this branch previously. Not the recent trip where I wanted to establish a private client service. C****** O***** was outright rude and condescending. I left the branch, made an appointment with Wells Fargo and now I am their premier member, their staff were super nice not rude like this Chase guy. Vanessa (branch manager) if you are reading this please train your team to treat your customers better.
This location is the greatest and the best banking experience I’ve ever had.
Miles is a gem. My gf and I went in to open a joint account and we got to talking about star wars and other fun nerdy stuff. He got us in and out in quickly. Then when I had an issue seeing the account on my chase app, he called me back asap and helped me through that process as well. I highly recommend going through Miles if you plan on opening an account with chase. 10/10 would open again. Thanks miles 🤙
