This location is the greatest and the best banking experience I’ve ever had.
Miles is a gem. My gf and I went in to open a joint account and we got to talking about star wars and other fun nerdy stuff. He got us in and out in quickly. Then when I had an issue seeing the account on my chase app, he called me back asap and helped me through that process as well. I highly recommend going through Miles if you plan on opening an account with chase. 10/10 would open again. Thanks miles 🤙

Best chase branch ever.
I came here needing a letter of withdrawal for a dropped claim after a phone rep told me I could do that since I needed it the day of. I was told a branch could use their letterhead to provide that. After explaining my situation to three different customer service reps at this branch, I was told different things: they can’t do that or okay, we can, but only the branch manager can and she’s at another branch.
