Came to this branch to open an account. Since I just moved here from another country I didn't have a proof of address as I didn't get utility bills yet. The banker told me it's not an issue and I can submit it in the next two weeks. After keeping me there for almost an hour and a half he eventually told me he can't open an account. Completely wasted my time with his incompetence.

They are so nice, they really Helped me get what I needed done their work is very professional and provide excellent service. Would 100% recommend.
I needed to open a new checking account for my trust and Summer helped me move through the process of submitting trust documents, scheduling follow up appointments, communicating what documents needed, reminder calls and everything needed for a smooth process. She is extremely friendly and accommodated all my requests along the process. I’d love to work with her again.
