Outright horrible customer service. For a credit card that we had payed annual dues on for over 5 years, we were beyond disappointed when something when wrong with a purchase and we tried to dispute it. The agent was condescending and essentially blamed us for the company scamming us, and refused to process our dispute. Even the company behind it eventually said they were in the wrong and offered to refund us. But that was not before hours on the phone and dealing with Chase wait times of 40 plus minutes per call.
