Terrible customer service and understaffed. Bankers give you the runaround and inconsistent information in an effort to do as little work as possible for their clients.
Scam. Claimed to have opened an account in my name and Zelle’s someone, wanted me to “send a void transaction” to “Zelle support team” which came up as Brien Joseph. Don’t fall for this.
