Scam. Claimed to have opened an account in my name and Zelle’s someone, wanted me to “send a void transaction” to “Zelle support team” which came up as Brien Joseph. Don’t fall for this.
Why have an ATM vestibule with entry by Chase ATM card if it’s not accessible after hours? Chase does the minimum very well.
Beware of scam! This chase phone number just called saying someone was trying to open a credit card in my name and the caller wanted my social security number
ATM vestibule is closed after 5 and not even open on weekends. You know when people say “this is why we can’t have nice things?” Well we’re starting to not have nice things San Francisco thank you.
ATMs are not accessible after bank hours now. I’ve always been able to tap my card and go into the ATM lobby after work. I work in a restaurant, and I would go to Chase and deposit my tips in the ATM, so I’m not taking the bus home at night carrying hella money. They started closing on Saturdays, and you could still go to the ATMs whenever you tap your card to get in. Now you can’t access the ATM at all when the bank is closed.
