This is the only chase I have issues at. The service sucks.
First time coming to this branch, and I felt like an unwanted outsider. The lady at the counter either doesn't like her job or hates small talk because she would constantly give me judging looks or talking over me to the point my husband was getting irritated. Her attitude instead became friendly and welcoming for the next person behind me. I'm sticking with my old branch even though this one is 4 minutes away from home and the old branch is almost 20 minutes away
Terrible customer service from Erin and Katie. They both lacked common sense or they are not allowed to make decisions in the best interest of long time customer's. Make decisions on the situation and stop wasting the customer's valuable time.
