Have had terrible experiences here most of the time. One time, I did have a great experience when I interacted with Blake. Called for a simple question but no one ever picks up. Customer service is not great here and mortgage officers are just subpar.
Always so nice and are Always had a problem doing anything there!
Absolutely ridiculous! I sat there at the drive up for a deposit that took TWENTY minutes! There was no one in front of me either just waiting on the tellers to do their job. Unbelievable and awful customer service!
