Do not answer phone and call will not call you back. Have tried calling 3 diff times and they refuse to answer. Will be canceling my account, never thought it would be this hard to give someone money. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
As other reviewers saying, this is probably one of the worst Chase Banks branch, I am not sure if its the bank or the Robert (one of the employee). Too much waiting, more then hour to open an account and 1 hour to add a new member for an existing account. On top with lot of attitude and unprofessionalism. Guys go to Bank of American right opposite to this branch, they will serve you better. I am closing the account and moving there.
This Chase bank at Princeton Hightstown has an employee named Robert Park who's perhaps of Korean descent. He is outright rude and condescending. He acts as if he owns the bank; and asks the most ridiculous questions that are irrelevant to the client's banking objective. I will never want to interact with this employee again.
Very poor service. Staff isn’t friendly at all. Waited for long and still couldn’t get any help from anyone. Finally went to another chase branch.
