Today, I visited the Chase Bank location on Dallas Highway. After checking in, I was asked to be seated and waited for approximately two minutes. A banker then escorted my husband and me to her office, where we spent about ten minutes providing our IDs and debit cards so I could be added to his account. We went to this branch and worked with Reme Mboob as our banker. She was amazing, very thorough, and took the time to walk us through everything step by step so we felt confident in our decisions. She answered all of our questions clearly and never made us feel rushed. The whole experience was smooth and stress free. Highly recommend working with her if you visit this branch.
Fine if it’s open, but it’s overnight depository is always locked. Makes it really difficult as a business owner to make regular deposits there. Forces me to choose other branches regularly.
Very poor customer service. My daughter an I recently went into the bank to make a deposit. They would not allow my young daughter to use the restroom. There were no other customers in the entire bank. The restrooms are ajacent to the lobby, but customers are not allowed to use them. They claimed they are not for public use. This was quite distressing to my young child, and we had to go find another place nearby.
This is a good branch. No problems. My banking home base.
