Very poor customer service. My daughter an I recently went into the bank to make a deposit. They would not allow my young daughter to use the restroom. There were no other customers in the entire bank. The restrooms are ajacent to the lobby, but customers are not allowed to use them. They claimed they are not for public use. This was quite distressing to my young child, and we had to go find another place nearby.
This is a good branch. No problems. My banking home base.
It's one of the best banks we've ever visited; they make you feel like family. They answer all your questions and always have a smile on their face. If you've had a bad day, they'll make sure you feel better.
Walked in on a slow weekday afternoon. Teller mentioned I'd have to meet with a personal banker for my needs and quoted a 10-15 min wait. Checked in with him at the 30 min mark, he called the personal banker who said she was was almost done with the current client and she was just finishing up. Watched her walk and back and forth to the back office with no communication she'd be with me shortly. Another 20 mins went by and I simply left.
