This is the first time I’ve ever seen an ATM close outside of bank hours. Other ATMs from respectable banks are 24/7; what is the point of an ATM if it is only accessible Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and everyone else works during that time? I know people who work more hours a week than these ATMs do.
First time visiting this Chase location. Had some questions about a wire transfer I made online that had not yet reached my recipient. Zachary was of great help and helped me resolve my issue and questions. Very professional and kind. Will definitely be coming back here for further future assistance.
