We had pretty good service when we went there, but you won't ever get ahold of the branch or workers there afterwards. I've called them every day litterally 10+ times per day at different hours, since opening our accounts a week ago and they never pick up their phone. I've also tried calling the relationship bankers equally as many times and same thing, no one picks up. I noticed as well many other reviewers have had the same problem.
