Great service provided by everyone i talked with, Pablo, Zachary and Rebecca, this last opened an account for me and also a credit card!
we have a business account, but we never are able to reach anyone at branch over the phone nor do they answer emails on time. no sense of urgency and the only way to get simple things done is just come to the branch, which is not convenient for business owners.
If someone’s writing a bad review here, it’s because they have genuinely not understood the people that work here. Zachary, the relationship manager took care of me and my wife extremely great service and went out of his way to make us feel at home. One of the best branch visits I have had to date.
