I've been a customer at this Chase branch for several years, and I always have a positive experience when I visit. The staff is consistently professional, friendly, and eager to help with any questions or concerns I have.
I made an appointment at the New City branch, but the banker was unavailable, and no one could assist me. Ms. Luciana was not helpful and didn’t know the account types. As a new customer, I expected better service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
