DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH. Horrible customer service and rude services workers. Janai Garcia, the lead Associate of Operations is discriminatory and will cut you off and slam stuff back at you, while making snide remarks. She needs to learn customer service and choose a career path that makes her less angry.

My experience at this branch was so positive because of the wonderful banking specialist, Parinaz who went out of her way to help me and my mother with our account changes. True asset to Chase who goes above and beyond to support her customers. Highly recommend!
