My experience at this branch was so positive because of the wonderful banking specialist, Parinaz who went out of her way to help me and my mother with our account changes. True asset to Chase who goes above and beyond to support her customers. Highly recommend!
2 managers for the whole office and tons of empty tables. impossible to get a support
Not sure why they have someone just standing around greeting people when they have a line that is 7 people deep and there's only one teller. Two more people got in line behind me before I left.
